64 cases and communications related to public funds before prosecution in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Oct. 1(YPA) – Director of the Central Agency for Control and Accounting in the province of Hajat, Salal al- Harazi , said on Monday that 64 cases and communications related to public funds have been forwarded to the Attorney General during the past periods.
AL-Harazi said that the last case that was referred to the governorate’s appeal court regarding the violations of the law and the criminal facts affecting the public money in the local administration office included in Report No. (70) dated 3/3/2015 are among the cases currently pending before the competent prosecution.
Ahmed praised the attention of the leadership of the province to the reports of the Central Branch and their keenness to strengthen coordination between the branch of the judiciary, the competent authorities and the judiciary to expedite the separation of these cases, which will have a positive impact on the rights of the state and its property.
