Security services arrest car theft gang in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 13 (YPA) – Security services in the capital Sanaa on Thursday arrested a professional gang in stealing cars, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

“Security has arrested Amin al-Najjar and Fouad Saleh members of a dangerous gang engaged in stealing cars and dispose of them.

The arrest came after a careful monitoring and coordinating with Security services in Amran province, the official added.

Earlier, the security forces in the capital have arrested some members of the gang and they confessed of stealing a large number of cars from different places in Sanaa, the source said.

Some cars were recovered and handed to their owners, the sources added.
