Sanaa official warns Riyadh over use of Aden Airport for military purposes

SANAA, Oct.28 (YPA) – A member of the Ansarallah Political Bureau, Hezam al-Asad, issued a stern warning on Wednesday regarding the dangerous repercussions of the Saudi Forces Command using Aden International Airport in southern Yemen for military and logistical purposes.

In a statement published on his “X” platform account, al-Asad emphasized that converting the civilian Aden airport into a military and logistical base to support Saudi military operations against Yemen constitutes a full-fledged crime, given that it directly risks the safety of the airport and civilians.

He added that Saudi Arabia’s continued violations by transporting military equipment through Aden Airport warrants a firm and direct response from the Sanaa forces targeting Saudi airports.
