BEIRUT, Oct. 02 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army renewed its attacks on southern Lebanon, on Friday, by carrying out bombings and airstrikes in continued violation of the ceasefire agreement.
The National News Agency reported that the occupation forces bombed houses in the town of Beit Leef in the Bint Jbeil district, and carried out a massive bombing in the town of Mansouri in the south, which caused a loud bang and tremors felt by residents of Tyre and the surrounding villages.
The agency added that the occupation forces carried out a bombing in two stages in the town of Majdal Zoun, and its warplanes launched two raids on the town of Mansouri south of Tyre, while it carried out another massive bombing in the town of Aitaroun in the Bint Jbeil district.
Since March 2nd, the occupation has continued to escalate its aggression against Lebanon, targeting towns, villages, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in thousands of martyrs and wounded, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese.
