Iran’s Supreme Leader says “Arabian Sea will soon be free of US forces”

TEHRAN, Sept. 29 (YPA) – Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, said Monday that US forces have failed to advance beyond the Arabian Sea following “painful strikes” delivered by Iranian forces and guardians of the Strait of Hormuz.

In a statement marking Sacred Defense Week, Khamenei stated that the Arabian Sea would soon be free of US forces, adding that the era Iran’s enemies hope to return to is gone forever.

He emphasized that despite extensive efforts against it, the Islamic system has risen like a phoenix—stronger, more resilient, and flying higher—noting that enemy pressures, particularly two recent imposed wars, have expanded its reach into enemy territories.

Khamenei also commemorated the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah, praising the resilience of Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem and Hezbollah fighters, while stating that current developments in Lebanon bring honor to resistance fighters and ultimate disgrace to those relying on false promises from arrogant powers.
