Saudi artillery shelling target border villages in Yemen’s Saada

SAADA, Sept. 10 (YPA) – Saudi artillery forces shelled residential villages in the border district of Ghamr in Saada Governorate, northern Yemen, on Saturday, according to local sources.

Local sources reported that the artillery bombardment targeted inhabited areas within the district, marking a continuation of military strikes hitting border regions.

The shelling comes as part of ongoing attacks by the Saudi military against border areas in Saada, which have previously resulted in hundreds of casualties—both dead and wounded—alongside widespread destruction of civilian property.
