Girl injured in Saudi-backed drone strike in Yemen’s Dhalea

DHALEA, Aug. 13 (YPA) – A girl was injured in a drone strike carried out by Saudi-backed militants targeting the village of Al-Shamiriya in the Hiyqi Al-Sufla area of Al-Hasha district of Dhalea province, according to local sources in the province.

The shelling came a day after Saudi-backed militants targeted the vicinity of the 14 October School in Al-Aabous area of Hayfan district of Taiz province.

Days earlier, similar artillery fire targeted students at Musab bin Umair School in Saber Al-Mawadim District as they were returning home, killing a fifth-grade girl and injuring her brother.
