Hebrew media: Peace Council Plan to encourage voluntary migration from Gaza

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug. 03 (YPA) – The Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation’s Kan radio reported on Monday morning what it described as a plan prepared by the Peace Council, in coordination with the United States, aimed at encouraging voluntary migration from the Gaza Strip.

According to the Hebrew broadcaster, “Israel” received a commitment from the Peace Council to identify countries around the world willing to receive students and patients from Gaza.

Meanwhile, Kan Radio reported that the Peace Council called on “Israel” to develop a plan that encourages students from Gaza to travel abroad, in addition to implementing a large-scale evacuation of patients from the enclave for medical treatment overseas.

The move is framed as an effort to encourage voluntary migration and serve as a concession to Israel in exchange for its agreement to the diplomatic roadmap.
