10-year-old girl seriously injured after being shot in Dhalea

DHALEA, July 27 (YPA) – A 10-year-old girl was seriously injured after being shot by armed personnel affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition in Al-Sha‘ara area of Qataba district, Dhalea province, south of Yemen.

The provincial police said that the girl, Hanan Saleh Abdullah Al-Sharji, sustained a gunshot wound to the head, causing her to lose consciousness.

She was transferred to Al-Thawra Hospital in Ibb province for urgent medical treatment due to the severity of her condition.
