IRGC attacks on US base in Jordan, Amazon data infrastructure in Bahrain 

TEHRAN, July 21 (YPA) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Tuesday that its Aerospace Force launched a missile attack targeting a US base in Jordan, destroying a missile defense radar system and an F-15 aircraft. 

In statement No. 40, the IRGC confirmed targeting a complex housing US military personnel in the Rukban area of Jordan, affirming that the strike resulted in several US casualties. The statement warned that the region “is no place for American aggressors,” urging them to leave to prevent further losses. 

The IRGC statement also criticized remarks by the US Secretary of Defense, asserting that the official casualty figures released were significantly lower than the actual count. 

Separately, the IRGC reported that it targeted and destroyed the central data infrastructure of the US company Amazon in Bahrain using multiple cruise missiles. The group stated that the attack was executed in retaliation for US strikes on civilian facilities in Darkhovin. 

The IRGC added that its operations in recent hours also included targeting US radar and air defense systems in Bahrain and Kuwait, as well as strikes on two non-compliant oil tankers south of the Strait of Hormuz. 

These developments follow a series of reported US strikes against Iranian coastal positions, key ports, and civilian infrastructure, prompting retaliatory actions against US bases and regional interests.
