Gaza Health: 3 martyrs, 22 injuries arrived at Gaza hospitals within 24 hours

GAZA, July 20 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Monday that 3 martyrs and 22 injuries arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli occupation attacks during the past 24 hours.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry said that the total number of martyrs since the start of the war of extermination on October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,283, and the number of injured to 173,864.

It added that since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, 2025, 1,158 Palestinians have been martyred and 3,756 others have been injured, while 802 bodies have been recovered.

“Many victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them,” the ministry added.
