RAMALLAH, July 18 (YPA) – A 17-year-old Palestinian succumbed to wounds early Saturday after being shot by Israeli forces in the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah..
According to the Palestinian sources, Al-Naasan had been shot in the thigh by an explosive bullet during an Israeli raid on the village about a week earlier.
The bullet, fired during a colonist attack, caused critical injuries. He was later pronounced dead from his injuries.
On July 11, Israeli occupation forces and settlers attacked the home of Muhammad Hamed Abu Aliya in al-Mughayyir, shooting al-Naasan in the thigh with live ammunition. Other residents were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets. A 10-year-old child, Raed Odeh Abu Alia, was also struck in the head by a stun grenade.
The village of Al-Mughayir and the surrounding villages and towns have been subjected to continuous attacks by settlers on citizens and their property, in addition to continuous raids by the occupation forces.
