BEIRUT, July 06 (YPA) – Four people were killed on Monday in an Israeli occupation’s drone strike targeting a vehicle in the southern Lebanese city of Nabatieh, in the latest escalation along the Lebanon-Israel border.
Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that the strike killed four people, while the occupation forces continued military operations in border areas, including repeated explosions in the town of Houla.
Lebanese media also reported that the occupation’s warplanes carried out airstrikes on Houla and conducted a series of explosions in several southern towns, including Beit Yahoun and Kfartebnit.
The blasts were reportedly heard across a wide area, raising concerns among residents.
The escalation comes amid continued Israeli aggression along Lebanon’s southern border, fueling fears of a broader expansion of hostilities and a further deterioration of the security situation in the region.
