Israeli occupation authorities renew administrative detention orders against Palestinians

QUDs, July 05 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation authorities have issued new and renewed administrative detention orders against 33 Palestinian detainees from various areas of the occupied West Bank.

According to a joint statement released on Sunday by the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society, the occupation’s orders include both new administrative detention warrants and renewals of existing detention terms ranging from three to six months.

The two organizations published the names of the detainees, along with the duration of their detention orders and their home governorates, stating that the occupation’s authorities continue to expand the use of administrative detention based on what they describe as secret evidence.
