Death toll from Israeli genocidal war in Gaza rises to 73,051

GAZA, June 27 YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,051 fatalities, with 173,437 injured, since October 7, 2023.

According to Gaza-based Health Ministry on Saturday, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received eight fatalities and 20 injured people over the past 24 hours as a result of ongoing aggression.

The ministry said the latest toll includes six newly reported fatalities, one person who died from previous injuries, and one body recovered from beneath the rubble.

It added that since the collapse of the ceasefire, the cumulative death toll has reached 1,038, with 3,329 injuries reported, while 786 bodies have been recovered from the rubble.

The ministry also stated that many victims remain trapped under debris or in areas inaccessible to rescue teams, noting that ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them.
