Hamas: Mladenov adopts “Israeli” position, ignores demands of Palestinians
GAZA, June 25 (YPA) – Osama Hamdan, a senior leader in the Hamas movement, asserted that Trump Council representative, Nickolay Mladenov, reflects the stance of the Israeli occupation rather than acting as a mediator.
Speaking to Al-Masirah TV, Hamdan pointed out that the disagreement with him centers on three main issues: the failure to commit to Palestinian demands—chiefly completing the implementation of the first phase—the refusal to bind the occupation to its commitments, and limiting negotiations to the nationally rejected proposition of disarming the resistance.
Hamdan stressed the failure of the occupation’s attempts to separate the resistance fronts or isolate the Palestinians from their Arab and Islamic surroundings, confirming an understanding among the resistance forces to thwart this endeavor, while praising the expanding scope of support for the Palestinian cause.
