Iranian source denies claims of agreement signed with US on Sunday in Geneva

TEHRAN, June 12 (YPA) – A source close to the Iranian negotiating delegation denied on Friday the validity of what US President Donald Trump and some media outlets announced about the signing of an agreement between Tehran and Washington next Sunday in Geneva.

The source confirmed to the Fars News Agency that “the review and decision-making process in Iran has not yet been finalized,” stressing that setting a date and place for the signing is completely unacceptable.

It is noteworthy that Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghaei had previously denied reaching a final agreement with Washington, describing what is being circulated in this regard as mere speculation.
