Number of martyrs in Israeli aggression against Lebanon rises to 3,711

BEIRUT, June 11 (YPA) – The cumulative death toll from the Israeli aggression against Lebanon rose to 3,711 martyrs and 11,483 wounded on Thursday, since the start of the latest Zionist escalation on March 2nd.

According to a daily statistical report from the Lebanese Ministry of Health, published by the National News Agency, the death toll from the aggression increased by 15 martyrs and 70 wounded in the past 24 hours.

The report stated that the number of martyrs among healthcare workers reached 132, while the number of wounded rose to 393 as a result of 169 attacks by the Israeli enemy army on ambulance teams and medical personnel.

Since March 2nd, the Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression against Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in hundreds of martyrs, thousands of wounded, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese citizens, most of whom are not registered in shelters.

The temporary ceasefire agreement came into effect in mid-April, but the Israeli enemy army commits daily violations of the agreement.
