ANKARA, June 10 (YPA) – Turkish Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç strongly criticized Israeli occupation’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, dismissing his recent comments about Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as baseless and unworthy of consideration.
In a statement, Tunç said Netanyahu has faced widespread international criticism over Israeli aggression in Gaza and argued that attacks on Erdoğan, whom he described as a defender of human rights and dignity, reflected political desperation.
The Turkish minister further stated that Netanyahu is facing allegations related to serious violations and asserted that the occupation’s leaders would eventually be held accountable through legal processes for genocidal war carried out during the aggression.
The remarks underscore continuing tensions between Türkiye and Israel amid the ongoing war in Gaza and growing international debate over the conduct of military operations in the territory.
