Three family members, including infant, killed in Israeli strike in central Gaza Strip

GAZA, May 24 (YPA) – Three Palestinians from the same family, including a one-year-old child, were killed and several others injured early Sunday in an Israeli airstrike on Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian medical sources, reported that Mohammad Ibrahim Abu Mlaweh, 38, his wife Alaa Majdi Zaqlan, 36, and their one-year-old son Osama were killed after Israeli warplanes bombed a residential apartment in the camp.

Several other Palestinians were also injured in the strike.

Israeli occupation army carried out demolition operations in areas east of Khan Younis and Gaza City, as well as in northern parts of the Gaza Strip.

Artillery shelling also targeted areas east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israeli naval boats continued firing heavy machine guns toward the shore of Gaza City
