Death toll of Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 72,315 martyrs

GAZA, April. 08 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Wednesday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 72,315 martyrs and 172,137 wounded since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the Health Ministry explained that hospitals received three martyrs who succumbed to their injuries sustained in the massacre east of Maghazi, and three wounded individuals in the past 24 hours.

It revealed that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs killed by enemy fire has reached 736, the total number of injuries 2,035, and the total number of martyrs recovered 759.

“Many victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them to this moment”, the ministry added.
