Sanaa forces reiterate firm stance supporting Palestinian people, resistance until Al-Aqsa liberation

SANAA, Oct. 08 (YPA) – Major General Youssef Al-Madani, Chief of the General Staff of the Sanaa forces, has reiterated the steadfastness of the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance until achieving victory and liberating the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

This came in two separate messages Maj. Gen. Al-Madabu sent to the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades.

In his message to the Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Madani stressed standing alongside the Palestinian resistance to the very end, noting that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation on October 7, 2013, uncovered truths and disrupted the normalization process.

He added that Yemen has provided an impactful model of support by leveraging its strategic position and capabilities to serve the Palestinian cause, affirming that aggression and blockade will not deter Yemen from continuing its support and maintaining readiness for any new escalation stage.

In his message to the Al-Quds Brigades, the Chief of Staff recalled Fathi Shaqaqi, the founder of the Islamic Jihad movement, praising the actions of Gaza fighters for inspiring the wider region and inflicting significant losses on the Zionist enemy.

He concluded by asserting that the support directed toward Palestine succeeded in countering the support provided to “Israel”, resulting in the retreat of the US side from its confrontation with Yemen.
