Gold prices continue to rise to record highs in Yemen

SANAA / Aden, Jan. 27 (YPA) – Gold prices in Yemen markets continued, on Tuesday, to rise with unprecedented prices, in the goldsmiths and jewelry markets in Aden and Sana’a.

 

In new developments, the selling price of the gold pound in Aden reached 1,880,000 riyals, and the 21-karat gram reached 236,000 riyals, a significant increase since the beginning of the new year, amounting to 310,000 riyals per pound and 32,000 riyals per gram.

 

In Sana’a, the selling price of the gold pound reached 615,000 riyals, and the 21-karat gram reached 78,000 riyals, significant increase within 24 hours, amounting to 7,000 riyals per pound and 2,000 riyals per gram.

 

Average gold prices in Aden:

 

– Gold pound Buy: 1,830,000 riyals, Sell: 1,880,000 riyals.

 

– 21 karat gram Buy: 225,000 riyals, Sale: 236,000 riyals.

 

Average gold prices in Sanaa:

 

– Gold pound Buy: 603,000 riyals, Sale: 615,000 riyals.

 

– 21 karat gram Buy: 75,000 riyals, Sale: 78,000 riyals.
