Iran continues to repel plot as US, “Israel” employ psychological warfare

SANAA, Jan. 15 (YPA) – The region is experiencing a wave in American and Israeli actions targeting Iran, marked by a series of military and media warnings.

This escalation is reflected in precautionary measures announced by Qatar at Al Udeid Air Base, where some personnel were withdrawn to ensure their safety amid growing regional tensions, according to Qatar’s International Media Office.

These steps are widely seen as part of a psychological warfare campaign aimed at increasing pressure on Iran, using media amplification to magnify threats.

Hebrew media outlets have spoken of an “imminent strike” on Iran, coinciding with continued incitement by former U.S. President Donald Trump, including calls for unrest and interference in Iran’s internal affairs. This effort seeks to portray Iran as weak or vulnerable both domestically and externally.

Despite the escalation, Iranian leadership has reaffirmed its firm stance in the face of any threat. The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Major General Mohammad Pakpour, stated today that the Guards are at the highest level of readiness to respond decisively to any miscalculation by the enemy or its agents, stressing that American and Israeli schemes are nothing more than illusions.

This broader context suggested that recent destabilizing activities inside Iran—including riots and the exploitation of peaceful protests related to economic conditions—were part of a desperate attempt to undermine internal stability. Iranian officials said these actions were funded and instigated by terrorist organizations and separatist groups serving U.S. and Mossad interests. However, they have been met with public vigilance and awareness, which has helped expose foreign-backed plots and neutralize their tools. The latest example was the arrest of a key liaison between the Shahenshahi organization and the Zionist entity in southern Iran, announced by IRGC Intelligence.

Iranian officials contend that experience has shown the country—through the Revolutionary Guards, armed forces, and robust defensive readiness—is fully capable of countering conspiracies and neutralizing threats. Hostile actions, they argue, are often transformed into opportunities to reinforce Iran’s regional standing.

Every external challenge faced by the Iranian people has reportedly been met with decisive action, underscoring the belief that attempts to destabilize the country will fail and that psychological pressure is ineffective against national unity and vigilant military preparedness.
