Israeli occupation forces continue their violations of ceasefire in Gaza

GAZA, Dec. 20 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, amid renewed gunfire and artillery shelling.

Palestinian sources reported Israeli occupation forces shelled multiple areas in the Gaza Strip on Saturday morning.

Artillery targeted the northeastern Al-Bureij refugee camp and the eastern part of Gaza City’s al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Israeli helicopters also carried out intensive fire over eastern Gaza City and Rafah in the south.

Meanwhile, Similar gunfire has been reported east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, where Israeli vehicles have been firing intermittently.

Six Palestinians were killed on Friday evening after Israeli artillery shelled a training center belonging to the Ministry of Education, which was sheltering displaced families in the Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.

Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, the total number of martyrs has reached 400, with over 1,100 injuries recorded.
