Sanaa court sentences to death of drug dealer
SANAA, Dec. 17 (YPA) – The Specialized Criminal Court in Sanaa, sentenced on Wednesday to death of Ahmed Abed al-Dhabian for committing crimes of buying, possessing, transporting and selling hashish.
In its session, chaired by judge Abdullah Al-Hamzi, the court also ordered the confiscation of all the movable and real estate funds of the convicted, which are recorded in the custody records.
It also convicted Abdullah Ali Saleh al-Hamdi of drug trafficking and sentenced him to 25 years in prison, in addition to imprison both Mohammed Ali Saleh Mohammed Al-Maqdashi, Fahd Dawood Othman Damham, and Yahya Mohammed Dawood Mamleh, five years, due to possessing hashish with intent to use.
