PFLP condemns Israeli occupation’s attack on civilian car in Gaza

GAZA, Dec. 14 (YPA) – The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) condemned on Saturday the attack of the Israeli occupation forces on a civilian car west of Gaza City with guided missiles, which resulted in the death of five Palestinian citizens and the injury of others.

The PFLP said in a statement that this attack constituted a new war crime that reflects the occupation’s insistence on continuing the war of total genocide against the Palestinian people, and represented a deliberate disregard for the ceasefire resolution.

The statement added that the direct targeting of civilians, under the pretext of justifications that she described as flimsy and exposed, was a new and serious violation of the ceasefire agreement, and a clear indication of the occupation’s intentions to undermine the agreement and push for its explosion.

In light of this escalation, the Popular Front called on mediators and guarantors to intervene immediately and seriously to stop the continuous violations of the occupation, warning that their continuation would constitute a game of fire, threaten the collapse of the fragile agreement, and push the situation towards a comprehensive and open escalation.
