Gaza casualties due to Israeli aggression rise to 70,354 dead, 171,030 injured

GAZA, Dec. 06 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the cumulative toll of victims from the ongoing Israeli aggression (“Israeli genocide”) on the Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen.

According to the ministry, the total cumulative toll has reached 70,354 martyrs and 171,030 wounded. During the past 48 hours, hospitals in the Strip received six dead (one new martyr and five recovered) and 15 wounded.

Since the post-ceasefire (October 11), the death toll from Israeli enemy army fire reached 367, with 953 wounded, and 617 dead bodies recovered.

The ministry noted that a large number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
