Al-Quds Brigades’ Nablus battalion clashes with Israeli occupation forces south of Nablus

NABLUS, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The Nablus Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Friday that a group of its fighters targeted an Israeli infantry unit near a besieged house during an Israeli raid on the village of Tal, south of Nablus.

In a statement, the battalion said its fighters continued to confront Israeli forces surrounding the village, as tensions in the area have been escalating since early this morning.

Villages and towns south of Nablus are regularly subjected to raids and sporadic clashes between Israeli occupation forces and armed fighters, amid escalating security tensions in the West Bank.
