Death toll from Israeli “genocide war” in Gaza exceeds 69,000

GAZA, Nov. 10 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli occupation “genocide war” has risen to 69,179, with 170,693 wounded since October 7, 2023.

The ministry’s daily statistical report indicated the arrival of three new martyrs and three wounded at Gaza hospitals within the past 24 hours.

Gaza Health Ministry also confirmed that the total casualties since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, have reached 242 martyrs and 622 injured, with the retrieval of 529 other martyrs’ bodies.

The ministry noted the receipt of 15 bodies of martyrs released by the Israeli occupation today, bringing the total number of retrieved bodies to 315. It stressed that a number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, with ambulance and civil defense crews still unable to reach them.
