Gaza Health: 241 Palestinians killed, 609 injured since ceasefire began

GAZA, Nov. 05 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Wednesday, that the death toll from the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,875 martyrs and 170,679 injuries since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry confirmed the arrival of three martyrs (two of whom were recovered) and two injured at Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.

It stated: “Many victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.”

It also noted that since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, 241 citizens have been martyred, 609 injured, and the bodies of 513 martyrs have been recovered.
