UNRWA: Over 8,000 teachers in Gaza stand ready to help children resume education
GAZA, Oct. 18 (YPA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) confirmed on Saturday that more than 8,000 of its teachers stand ready to help children go back to learning and resume their education.
“UNRWA is the largest humanitarian organisation in Gaza and must be allowed to do its work unimpeded,” the agency wrote on X.

The agency added that Gaza’s children have been out of school for far too long, stressing the need to enable their swift return to school as soon as possible.
