32 killed in Gaza clashes as Hamas launches campaign against collaborators with “Israel”

GAZA, Oct. 14 (YPA) – Palestinian media outlets reported intense armed clashes erupting on Tuesday east of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip between elements of the Hamas movement and Palestinian militants accused of cooperating with Israeli occupation forces.

Hamas stated in a release that its forces carried out a broad security campaign at dawn targeting groups collaborating with “Israel,” confirming that the operation resulted in the killing of 32 people.

The movement explained that a special security force known as “Rade’a” (Deterrent) was responsible for extensive field operations across the governorates of the Strip, which included the arrests of suspects involved in “criminal acts and espionage for the occupation.”

A Palestinian security source confirmed that the relevant authorities would take strict measures against anyone proven to be involved in collaborating with the occupation or threatening internal security, emphasizing that the “Rade’a” force is determined to enforce public order and pursue armed gangs and militias.
