SANAA, Sept. 25 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Ministry of Health strongly condemned on Thursday the brutal crime that Israeli enemy committed in its fresh aggression on the Yemeni capital Sanaa.
In a news statement, the ministry said that a direct bombardment targeted civilian, service and residential objects, which led to damage to a number of houses in the center of the capital.
The statement also described the deliberate and systematic targeting of civilian objects as a war crime in every sense of the word, stressing that these actions will not break the will of the Yemenis in confronting he Israeli occupation authorities.
In a related context, the ministry strongly denounced the state of Arab and Islamic silence and abandonment regarding the starvation and genocide being suffered by the residents of the Gaza Strip.
This statement came amid the rapid developments taking place in the region, where the confrontation between the various parties was escalating, with the Sanaa authorities focusing on demonstrating their solidarity with the Palestinian cause as an integral part of their policies and positions.
Earlier in the day, the ministry announced that the initial toll of the Israeli aggression on Sanaa has risen two martyrs, with 48 wounded.
