Gaza’s Health Ministry: Israeli aggression has left 64,803 dead, 164,264 injured since October 7

GAZA, Sept. 13 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has risen to 64,803, with 164,264 injured since October 7, 2023.

The ministry’s daily statistical report indicated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 47 martyrs and 205 new injuries over the past 24 hours. A large number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue teams still unable to reach them.

The report highlighted the deteriorating humanitarian situation, noting that the number of “aid-seeker” victims who arrived at hospitals reached 2,484, and more than 18,117 were injured. Hospitals also recorded seven deaths due to starvation and malnutrition over the past day, bringing the total number of deaths due to starvation to 420, including 145 children.
