Iranian President offers condolences on martyrdom of Yemeni PM, several ministers

TEHRAN, Aug. 31 (YPA) – The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, expressed in a message on Sunday his condolences on the martyrdom of Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi and a number of his colleagues.

President Pezeshkian offered his condolences to the free Yemeni people, Muslims around the world, and all free and anti-oppression peoples on the martyrdom of the Yemeni prime minister and his colleagues.

According to the Iranian news agency IRNA, he stressed that the international community must act quickly to stop the rebellion of the Zionist entity, which poses the greatest threat to peace, law, ethics, and humanity.

Pezeshkian stated that “the terrorist crime committed by the Zionist entity against Yemen, which led to the martyrdom of the prime minister and several senior officials of the country, has once again revealed the evil and criminal nature of the gang that rules occupied Palestine.”
