In video: Omani artist rescues Yemeni citizen from drowning in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Aug. 21 (YPA) – Omani artist, Muntaser Al-Ghafri, was able to rescue a citizen from drowning in the floods of Wadi Bin Aifan of Hadramout province, eastern Yemen

Activists from the province circulated a video clip of Al Ghafri reaching a drowning man who was clinging to a tree in the middle of the valley in the Al Qatan area, after residents had failed in an attempt to rescue the citizen.

They confirmed that Al-Ghafri rushed to save the citizen from drowning by chance while returning from the Doan district on a tourist trip, a scene that impressed local residents.

The residents expressed their appreciation for the Omani artist’s noble initiative, which they considered to be rooted in Arab values ​​and chivalry in saving citizens from death.
