Al-Quds Brigades target Zionist forces, military vehicles in northern Khan Younis

GAZA, July 15 (YPA) -The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, said that their fighters targeted Israeli occupation forces and military vehicles in northern Khan Younis.

“We shelled gatherings of Zionist enemy soldiers and vehicles that infiltrated Street 5 north of Khan Younis city with regular mortar shells (60 caliber),” the group said in a statement on Monday.

Earlier in the day, the brigades destroyed a Zionist military vehicle and a military bulldozer of type (D9) by detonating “Thaqib – penetrating” explosive devices in the area of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis.

This comes as part of the Palestinian factions’ response to the ongoing genocidal campaign being carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, with US support, since October 7, 2023.

The campaign includes widespread killing, starvation, destruction, and displacement, while disregarding international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt these actions.
