Iran accuses “Israel” of using depleted uranium in its attacks

TEHRAN, June 26 (YPA) – Iran’s Revolutionary Guards accused on Thursday of the Israeli occupation of using the depleted uranium munitions to bomb “sensitive” sites inside Iran.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards-run Fars News Agency quoted on Thursday a source as saying that initial tests showed traces of uranium at Iranian sites that Israeli attacks targeted, suggesting the use of this type of munitions.

These accusations come after the halt of the Israeli aggression against Iran early last week, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds.

On Sunday, the United States launched a bomber attack equipped with bunker-buster bombs targeting key Iranian nuclear sites.
