Sanaa forces launch drone attack on vital target in Yafa

SANAA, June 04 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Yemeni armed forces declared on Wednesday it had launched a drone attack on Lod Airport, known as Ben Gurion, in the occupied Yafa region.

Military spokesman Brig, Gen. Yahya Sarie, said in a televised statement that the operation accurately targeted the airport, using two drones.

The spokesman clarified the attack came in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in rejection of the genocide that the Zionist enemy’s perpetrating in the Gaza Strip.

He affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces will continue to fulfill its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty toward the grievance of the Palestinian people, calling on all peoples and countries of the nation to fulfill this duty.

Sarie affirmed also the Yemeni military operations against the criminal Zionist enemy until the aggression on Gaza is stopped and the siege is lifted.
