Yemen armed forces step up operations on vital Israeli targets

SANAA, June 01 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Yemeni armed forces declared on Sunday it had carried out four military operations, one of which targeted the Lod Airport, known as Ben-Gurion, in occupied Jaffa of the Palestinian territories, with a hypersonic ballistic missile.

Military spokesman Brig, Gen. Yahya Sarie, said in a televised statement that the other three operations struck three vital Israeli targets in the areas of Jaffa, Ashdod, and Umm al-Rashrash, using three drones.

He confirmed that the operations successfully hit their goal, causing also millions of the usurping Zionists to flee to shelters, and suspending airport traffic.

“After successfully imposing a partial ban on air traffic at Lod Airport, the armed forces are working to impose a complete ban on air traffic at the aforementioned airport during the coming period,” the spokesman added, calling on the remaining airlines that have not yet responded to the ban decision should take this into consideration, in order to preserve the safety of their aircraft and customers.”

He affirmed that Yemeni operations will be continued until the aggression is stopped and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
