Dusty to clear weather forecast in desert areas of Yemen

SANAA, May 13 (YPA) – The clear to dusty weather will be forecast to prevail over desert areas of Yemen, with maximum temperatures ranging between (37-41) degrees Celsius, the National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning said on Tuesday.

In its weather bulletin, the center renewed its warnings to citizens living in deserts, inland plateaus, plains, and coastal areas about the warm weather.

It added that the mountainous areas would have clear skies during the night and early morning, with scattered showers falling on parts of Saada, Amran, Mahweet, Sanaa, Dhamar, Rayma, Ibb, Taiz and Dhalea.

According to the center, the weather in the coastal areas would be clear to partly cloudy, with light rains on the eastern coasts and the Socotra Archipelago and active winds reaching a maximum speed of 20 knots in the eastern Gulf of Aden.
