Newlywed couple killed hours after their wedding in Israeli airstrike in Gaza

GAZA, May 03 (YPA) – The joy of a newlywed couple in Gaza was short-lived, as their wedding night turned into tragedy after an Israeli airstrike destroyed their home early Saturday morning, killing them less than a day after their wedding.

Palestinian media reported that Alaa Abu Al-Enein and Hala Za’arub were killed under the rubble of their home, which was targeted by Israeli occupation aircraft after their wedding ceremony on Friday.

This is a continuation of the tragedy endured by the residents of the Gaza Strip.

The bombing came as part of a series of Israeli occupation raids on Gaza since March 18, after the failure of the second phase of the ceasefire agreement brokered by Egypt, Qatar, and America.

In light of these attacks, the suffering of civilians continues amid humanitarian warnings of a worsening humanitarian catastrophe due to the siege and the prevention of the entry of aid.
