JENIN, April 15 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation continues its aggression on Jenin for the 85th day, with escalating violations and a severe siege.
The Israeli occupation forces stormed Jenin Hospital, kidnapped child Ahmed Al-Awartani, and detained a hospital employee, sparking fear among residents and patients.
The occupation bulldozers destroyed 600 homes and rendered 3,000 units uninhabitable, leading to economic deterioration, thousands of displaced people losing their livelihoods, and increased poverty.
The number of displaced people has reached approximately 21,000, and the Israeli aggression has resulted in the deaths of 38 citizens. Despite the challenges, the Media Committee affirms that Jenin remains a symbol of steadfastness and defiance in the face of the occupation.
