Update: Death toll from Saudi-backed forces’ shelling on Al-Mukh’af market in Taiz rises to 10

TAIZ, Nov. 02 (YPA) – The death toll from the shelling that targeted the Al-Mukh’af popular market in the district of Al-Misrakh, Taiz Governorate, has risen to 10 killed, according to medical sources.

Earlier on Monday, the Ministry of Health in Sanaa reported an initial toll of three citizens killed and eight others injured, including children, following mortar and machine-gun fire that hit the market on Monday afternoon. The sources attributed the attack to Saudi-backed forces.
