Eight Palestinians killed in Zionist airstrikes on Gaza

GAZA, March 26 (YPA) -Several Palestinian civilians, including children and women, have been killed and injured since the early hours of Wednesday, as Israeli warplanes targeted the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian sources, eight civilians were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting a house belonging to the al-Najjar family in Jabalia in northern Gaza, and a ninth citizen was killed in an airstrike on a home in Beit Lahia.

At dawn, the occupation army blew up residential buildings in the northern areas of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, while occupation aircraft carried out a violent airstrike on the same area.

The occupation army also carried out demolitions of residential buildings in the village of Umm al-Nasser in northern Gaza, in conjunction with heavy gunfire from the occupation vehicles stationed in the buffer zone.

In Rafah, the occupation forces blew up several homes in the Sultan neighborhood and fired at the area around the Star Roundabout in the center of Rafah with ‘Quadcopter’ drones. The occupation aircraft also carried out an airstrike west of the city.

For the third consecutive day, the fate of nine Palestinian Red Crescent staff members still unknown, after being surrounded and targeted by the occupation forces in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

The death toll since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2024, has risen to 50,144. Over 113,704 have also been injured.
