Israeli occupation forces strike Syria-Lebanon border

WORLD, Feb. 21 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces launched air strikes on sites along the Syria-Lebanon border this morning.

“Israeli occupation fighter jets executed several airstrikes on the bridge leading to Al-Wawiyat crossing in Lebanese territory, putting the crossing, which is located in Wadi Khaled area on the border between Syria and Lebanon, out of service,” Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

This comes as part of Israel’s ongoing attacks on sites in Syria and its continued violation of the ceasefire in Lebanon

The Israeli occupation has not adhered to the final deadline for withdrawal from Lebanon, as stipulated by the agreement.
