US National Security Adviser: We will not stop arms sales for “Israel”

WASHINGTON, Feb. 06 (YPA) – The White House National Security Advisor, Mitt Walters, has announced that Washington will not obstruct arms transfers to Israel, stressing that the administration’s goal is to expand normalization agreements and confront the Iranian threat.

He explained in an interview with Fox News that “the United States will continue to support Israel’s right to defend itself without halting arms deals.”

In a related context, the Wall Street Journal reported that Washington is working on a new arms deal for the Israeli occupation entity that includes 4,700 bombs weighing 450 kg, worth more than $700 million.
