Hamas official calls for escalating clashes with Israeli occupation in West Bank

GAZA, Nov. 27 (YPA) – Leader of Hamas Movement, Abdul Rahman Shadid, called for escalating the clashes with the Israeli occupation and settler militias throughout the occupied cities of West Bank.

In a news statement on Wednesday, Shadid praised the bravery and steadfastness of the Tubas resistance fighters in the face of the repeated occupation incursions.

“The resistance fighters in the city of Tubas and the West Bank camps prove every day that they will remain the first line of defense for our people and their land,” he added.

Hamas official stressed the need to expand the scope of resistance to include every inch of the West Bank and Palestine, to deter the occupation and its settlers from continuing their brutal crimes.

He added, “We must rise up more broadly to make the occupation pay the price for its crimes in the West Bank, and support the resistance in the Gaza Strip, which is still writing great heroic deeds, despite the great sacrifices it has made since the start of the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa.”

Shadid affirmed that the occupation’s escalating violations and repeated incursions would be met by the West Bank’s heroes with more clashes and confrontations, adding that the settlement plans would be shattered in the face of the resistance fighters’ steadfastness and courage.
