Leader from “Southern Resistance” calls for confronting Yemen’s top enemy

ADEN, Nov. 13 (YPA) – A prominent leader in the “Southern Resistance” has called on the Yemeni people to stop the fighting among them and devote themselves to confronting the “invading enemies greedy for the land and wealth of Yemen.”

Al-Khalifi, a resistance leader, stressed that “those who sow discord among the people of Yemen under new sectarian and religious names are brokers of the Zionist intelligence, war merchants, and oil companies to prolong the war and starve and humiliate the Yemeni people in the north and south alike.”

Al-Khalifi continued in a post on the “X,” saying, “We are an ancient people and wise men, not minors. Is there any answer from the sheikhs, leaders, and wise men of Yemen?”

He pointed out that the lean wars over the past ten years are enough for anyone with a rational mind to know the goals of the war, and he accused what he called the “7/7” gang from the previous regime, which launched the war in the summer of 1994, of starving the Yemeni people in the north and south alike.
